SAIL Signs MoU with ASCI for Customized Leadership Training
On November 4, 2024, (SAIL) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) in Hyderabad, marking the beginning of an academic collaboration aimed at enhancing the professional development of SAIL’s executives. The MoU will enable the organization to offer customized Management Development Programs (MDPs) for newly promoted executives, among other initiatives. This partnership is a part of SAIL’s ongoing Learning & Development (L&D) strategy, designed to provide its employees with advanced academic insights to support their leadership growth within the company. The agreement was signed in New Delhi in the presence of Shri KK Singh, Director (Personnel) at SAIL, and Dr. Nirmalya Bagchi, Director of ASCI, Hyderabad.
