TMEIC India welcomes Mr. Hidekazu Matsushima as new Managing Director
TMEIC Industrial Systems India Private Limited announces the appointment of Mr. Hidekazu Matsushima as the new Managing Director, effective April 1, 2024. With extensive experience in Mitsubishi Electric FA division in Japan since 1991, Mr. Matsushima has led sales, marketing, and business development efforts in various industries including paper, oil & gas, petrochemical, and automobile sectors. He played a pivotal role in establishing TMEIC in Japan in 2003 and expanded its presence globally, notably in North
America’s oil & gas market.
Returning to Japan in 2016, he spearheaded global business development initiatives, focusing on motors & drives and power electronics products. In 2022, he assumed the role of Senior Executive Vice President, overseeing TMEIC’s business in India. Now, as Managing Director, Mr. Matsushima will lead efforts to expand TMEIC’s presence in India’s burgeoning domestic market and globally, solidifying India as a pivotal hub for TMEIC’s global operations.
